So many of us turn to therapy because we're exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck. We're confused by our own reactions, beliefs, and thoughts. Often it can feel like we're fighting against ourselves and unintentionally hurting us and others in the process. Even if we have a vague understanding of our negative patterns, unbinding them can seem daunting. We're surrounded by people, information, and options, yet we feel more insecure, lost, and lonely than ever. Even the act of finding a therapist is distressing. But if you're here trying, I believe it speaks to the resilience emerging inside of you, driving you toward relief and change.
I've dedicated myself to helping adults who are ready to do the deep, transformative act of self-change. Coping strategies and barriers we carry from the past often limit our ability to show up as our truest selves today and can keep us from connecting meaningfully with others. Facing those barriers alone can be painful and scary, that's why I do this work.
My expertise is in getting underneath familiar loops of anxiety and depression using powerful somatic modalities (AEDP, EMDR, EFT) that go further than just talk therapy. My approach merges live engagement of the nervous system with cognitive understanding to restructure the brain's architecture for accelerated and lasting self-change.

My style is dynamic in that we often move between insight (analyzing through logic) and experience (present moment tracking). This integrates left-brain and right-brain processing which has shown to promote the reprocessing and resolution of trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
