With 20+ years of experience, I counsel female adolescents (age 16+), college-age, and young adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety or depression as well as concerns in relationships (past or present), family of origin stress, grieving, self-confidence, trauma, or simply wanting a warm, non-judgmental space to talk through thoughts and feelings. I take great pride in the relationships I build with clients. Whether this is your first time coming to therapy or you've had past experiences, I'm looking forward to supporting you.
I am a LGBTQA+ friendly therapist who uses integrative and insight-oriented approaches to increase your sense of wellbeing. I use a variety of modalities, including EMDR and EFT (tapping), and consider all parts of your wellness (mind, body, spirit, energy) to be important.
Everyone deserves a safe space of their own to talk freely without judgment.
