If you are a new mom struggling with this different phase of your life, or you are pregnant and are feeling deeply sad and concerned, maybe you want to prepare emotionally for the new baby. If you feel yourself stuck in your relationship as a couple, you continue to argue about the same issue and cannot find a solution, or maybe you feel the spark needs some help reigniting. My goal is that together we can walk through a process of discovery that leads to healing. Through couple's therapy we can work together to improve your relationship.
I specialize in Perinatal Care (Pre, During and Post Pregnancy), Infant Mental Health (0-5 years old) and Couples Therapy (Gottman Method). My approach to recovery is through improving relationships (systemic psychotherapy). We live in relationship with others and also with ourselves, and my belief is that through these interactions we share a part of us.
With psychotherapy, the idea is to shed light on your relationships to help you improve your interactions. I will listen to your story without judgement and will meet you where you are in this process. My aim is to give you the tools you need to move forward in living the better life that you imagined and to achieve fulfillment in your relationships.

Online Support Group for mothers in Florida with babies between 0-12 months old. This group is to help mothers connect with each other and experience motherhood together.
