Areas of clinical expertise include depression, stress and anger management, life adjustments and transitions, marriage and relationship issues, and career counseling. I have morning, afternoon and evening availability.

Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program

Offered by Connections Wellness Group; the Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program serves ages 10 to 18 years old who are struggling with self-harm, chronic depression, feelings of hopelessness and helplessness, bullying, chronic anxiety with or without panic attacks, a low frustration tolerance, difficulty coping with a recent loss, death, or a traumatic experience, and thoughts of death/ dying. The program includes process groups, psychoeducational groups, experiential groups, a private school that works directly with the school district, and a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

The program includes process groups, psychoeducational groups, skills groups, a private school that works directly with the school district, and medication management.
