As a whole, I believe in developing authentic connections and utilizing innovative approaches, asking questions of what each individual is seeking in their lives and how can they get there.
I have over 20 years experience in treating adult/adolescent depression, anxiety and stress management, substance abuse, parent support, young adult/college challenges, adult professionals, men’s issues, midlife & older adult life transitions (marriage, divorce, grief, retirement).
I believe in an empathic and thoughtful approach when working with clients, providing both support and challenge when necessary, regardless of their age. I feel it is important to help others develop an understanding their past and how it impacts their current functioning.
