Vicky is trained and excited to work with children and adolescents who may struggle with anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma or developmental difficulties. Vicky uses creative methods such as sand tray therapy, play therapy, and drama therapy to go beyond what traditional talk therapy may accomplish, utilizing our innate need for play and creativity to build a therapeutic relationship and help reach goals.
Vicky is trained in child-centered play therapy, sand tray, and drama therapy. Vicky works from a person centered and strength based lens, believing that people naturally want the best for themselves with what they have. Vicky uses creative methods to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.
Vicky is a therapist who has ADHD, so they understand the difficulties and struggles that can come with being neurodivergent in a world that is not so accepting. Their office will always have fidgets and be a safe space for a person to be their true selves, without judgement.
