Life is messy, and sometimes therapy is too. As a queer, neurodivergent therapist, I know what it can feel like to be misunderstood. My job is to create a safe space for you to process your emotions—whether that’s venting anger that only profanity can capture or finally letting yourself cry the tears you’ve been holding in for years. Sometimes you need to break down before you can start to heal. I believe empathy, authenticity, and connection are the most powerful tools we have to create change in ourselves. Though we may be strangers now, my hope is you will show up as 100% yourself and I promise to do the same.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+ teens and adults, using a relational, strengths-based approach and DBT skills to help clients increase emotional regulation, improve their relationships, reduce self-destructive behaviors, and manage symptoms from multiple diagnoses.
You have already shown your resilience by making it this far and courage by asking for help. You deserve to find healing, growth, and connection on your way to a more fulfilling life. Every journey starts with a single step. If you’re ready to embark on a new path, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
