Together, I hope to empower you to cultivate and regain a sense of control and awareness of self, in order to foster healing, growth, and independence. I have experience working with abuse, domestic violence, disaster, traumatic loss, trauma, sexual trauma/abuse, anxiety, depression, as well as building social and emotional skills, and much more!
I offer individual counseling for adults. I use Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients in gaining a greater sense of control. I hope this will help guide my clients to feel as though they are becoming the authors of their own stories.
