Children, teenagers and adults are welcome at my office. For 30 years, I have helped those ages 2 years to 75 years to lead confident and comfortable lives. I provide developmentally focused psychotherapy for chilren and teenagers. I also work with adults who want their lives to change. You and/or your family's relationship with me is confidential and respectful.
Issues bringing children, teens and adults into counseling include difficulty coping with stress, family stress, trauma - including physical abuse, sexual abuse, and developmental trauma, inefffective coping responses learned in childhood, mood and behavioral difficulties, grief and loss, physical illness, compromised judgement and impulse control, codependency, establishing and reaching healthy life goals.
