Deciding to start therapy marks the start of a meaningful journey. Life is full of transitions that can make us feel lost, untethered, and stuck in limbo. My goal as a therapist is to help individuals thoughtfully navigate these crossroads and feel empowered to take steps towards a life they want to live.
I believe that we all have what we need within us and a strong therapeutic relationship has potential to bring forth these tools needed for change. We will work together to identify goals and concrete steps to get you to a place of positive change.
I received my MSW from University of California, Berkeley and am a member of MINT (Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers). In addition to working with individuals in a private practice setting, I train clinicians in MI and CBT and am working on developing a digital therapy solution to increase accessibility to mental health services.
