I am a dually licensed therapist in both California and Colorado. I specialize in helping clients greatly improve their relationships, whether that be with family, a romantic partner, colleagues or friends. Connection and being in relationship is an essential part of the human experience, and when our relationships are feeling off or disconnected, it impacts us deeply. I am passionate about helping my clients identify their relationship patterns and learn how to better communicate their needs in order to feel more fulfilled. I also specialize in helping clients navigate the complicated feelings that come up surrounding a breakup.
I believe a blended, holistic approach in working with clients is most effective. I pull from a number of modalities including family systems work, somatic therapies, mindfulness-based practices and attachment-based work. I think providing clients with education and knowledge about the brain is body is also a crucial part of healing.
