This includes students, professionals, retirees, parents, unemployed etc. I have also worked closely with undergraduate- and graduate students in both the helping professions as well as the sciences. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, CPTSD, depression, grief and adjustment difficulties. I also perform Psychological Assessment and Testing. I work in an insight-oriented approach through the utilization of guided imagery, meditation, journaling, etc. with the expansion into areas such as ACT, CBT, Art therapy, and others, depending on your specific needs.
Taking new clients in March 2024. Together we'll take the journey of looking at what has brought you here and where to go from here. I will help you find and develop the path you want to take. We will collaborate using a variety of tools, tailored to your current needs. While it might be challenging at times, I will provide a space for progress.
