Outpatient Therapy Group

Having a group that understands what you are going through, and have experienced similar trials, helps you and everyone in the group feel a greater depth of empathy. You have a unique and personal story to tell. Each has faced their fair share of challenges, successes, and failures along the way. You have a unique personality and perspective of the world. With all of our differences and similarities, you will have the opportunity to stretch beyond yourself and grow while learning from others and their experiences.
