I work with clients who feel like they have lost "pieces of themselves" along the way during difficult/traumatic childhood or life events, grief, break-ups/divorces/ abusive relationships, struggles with depression, anxiety, phobias, attachment traumas etc.
I offer you my gentle hand to discover together what life may look like if those "pieces" were recovered, acknowledged and healed. I use an eclectic approach to help my clients experience treatment that is being centered around their unique needs, gifts, and challenges. I also successfully incorporate Brainspotting to promote lasting change.
