I offer a soothing, compassionate, calm, place to support your emotional healing from issues like burnout, grief, transitions, divorce, childhood wounds, and more. I value compassion, belonging, and empowering people through Somatic exercises and talk therapy.
I work from a holistic, trauma-informed approach, meaning I believe that your life didn't go as planned, and you are learning. My focus is helping you move through grief, trauma, anxiety, and/or depression. I have extensive experience helping people like you change their and their children's lives, and understand themselves better too.
Transitions (expected or not) can change the way you see yourselves and the world. They can make us uncomfortable in our skin and with others - but healing happens through rebuilding connection in safety. It's risky but immensely worth it.
