I am a trained EMDR therapist and in Flash Therapy. EMDR can guide clients to the root of unwanted behaviors, thoughts and feelings. This results in regulated emotions. Flash can decrease distress. I also provide Hypnotherapy, which supports clients with getting access to their subconscious. Hypnotherapy can be a helpful tool for desired life shifts.
I work with clients in the areas of anxiety, trauma throughout the life span, emerging adults, relationship difficulties, racial identity, development of self, and life transitions. Another specialty, is working with adult adoptees. Grasping the complexity of attachment, multicultural integration, grief and identity, are life long work.
