Life can be hard and complicated, and each of our experiences are unique. Which is why I like to organize my orientation around my clients so that they can get the most out of our time. My intention is to create a nonjudgmental, collaborative space where my clients can unpack their truths and begin to heal.
As a couple and family therapy provider I like to examine issues under a relational lens. My interests are in breaking negative cycles in families, couples and individuals. I particularly look at contextual circumstances that help maintain negative patterns.
