Currently accepting new clients for in person and teletherapy. Evening in person or telehealth appointments available. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Clients scheduling with me are often coping with traumatic experiences, grief, parenting, women's concerns, gender identity, couple conflict, or substance use disorder along with many challenging life transitions. Depression, anxiety, and other symptoms that disrupt your life accompany these challenges. I create a space to feel heard, develop skills, access your internal resources, and gain insight to decrease symptoms and improve your quality of life.
I focus on an individualized approach to therapy. I have been formally trained in Neuroscience, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, and the Gottman Method, along with Ecotherapy. I believe in an approach to engage the whole person.
Therapy is a collaborative experience between client and clinician. I'm here to offer a non-judgmental perspective in a supportive environment where you can explore your concerns, frustrations and needs.
