I offer individual therapy to people of all ages. I offer relationship (commonly called couples) therapy for queer and polyamorous clients. I have mostly worked with people who are exploring their identity or navigating the stress of living within communities who do not accept them. I also often support individuals who are exploring their sensory, self-care, community-care, or access needs.
I am committed to decolonizing and deconstructing white supremacy in my practice. I strive to use anti-oppressive approaches to therapy that are strengths-based and person-centered. I individualize my approach to your needs and work continuously to make my sessions a safe space where clients can feel affirmed and validated in their diverse experiences.
In my personal experience as a white, disabled, trans human, I understand how hard it can be to find places where it is safe to be your whole self. I am dedicated to creating an accessible therapy experience where all of you is welcomed and supported.
