This natural unfolding helps to create spaciousness so that we can begin to navigate through the less than comfortable places within ourselves, looking at them squarely and experiencing them as they are, without repression or indulgence.
We as human beings are uniquely alone as individuals, for no one is exactly like us, and we are relational, needing the presence and care of others. Fostering integration as an alternative to dualistic oppositions, the interrelationship between mind and body can be a powerful vehicle through which this exploration can take place.
