My goal is to give you a place where you can foster self-awareness and learn to access the resiliency that can help you move forward. I see how insecurities and conflicts in interpersonal relationships can cause anxiety, and I'm compelled to help people resolve these issues. We are much more than our problems. Everyone deserves the ability to express themselves and feel more connected to themselves and others.
I help others with anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, grief, and trauma; my work is heavily influenced by attachment theories and Compassion Focused Therapy. I see adults over age 18 and have experience with those suffering from chronic pain and illnesses. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodivergent affirming.
