Changing the stigma associated with mental health, while developing trust, collaboration, and commitment to our clients, with special emphasis on no individual or group is overlooked or forgotten. Our goal is to help clients be honest, transparent, and kind to themselves as one takes steps towards change. Mental Health is an emerging topic across various disciplines due to its ability to impact people across all walks of life. We must preserve our mental health and continue to make this a priority. Here, we understand that some of us struggle quietly. We are here to provide support and provide a safe and open space to talk.
After personally dealing with a grief, and various life transitions I decided to re-enter this field and pursue my true passion of helping others. Through professional experience in diverse areas such as crisis stabilization, homelessness, disability, and education roles, I have established an eclectic style of counseling that is authentic and flexible.
We strive to encourage change by acknowledging the simple wins and overcome obstacles that arise.
