Most of my experience was built on client or family interventions/advocacy as well as experience working within the education system. I incorporate proactive mindfulness strategies to build on healthy mental health practices.
I have worked with clients dealing with a range of struggles including depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, infertility, traditional as well as non-traditional (ENM), LGBTQI relationships or adjustment issues, grief and trauma.
