Most of us try to be polite and only show others around us the pretty parts. Our world is changing all the time and this can create feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, or other mental health issues. When life appears to be overwhelming therapy is a great resource; working with a trusted, empathic professional. You do not have to go through difficult times alone, working regularly with a therapist has become the new normal in our world.
I enjoy working with men and women from the teenage years to the elderly. Life can create difficult challenges for us at any age. If you see your life on a path you didn’t expect or if your life changed unexpectedly and you need to find a new way of moving forward my role as a therapist is the neutral professional who wants to see you succeed.
