My passion is helping individuals who are searching for change. My primary therapy approaches include the use of Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR (Trauma Specialization), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I also offer IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, which helps bring the central nervous system back into balance. It helps with a variety of mental health symptoms.
