I'm a laid-back and straight-forward therapist. I'm very passionate about healing work. I see my clients as counterparts in an equal partnership working towards truth. I utilize Brainspotting, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Emotion Focused Therapy to treat traumatic stress and draw from existential and client-centered modalities.
