Everybody has ups and downs, it is a normal part of life. Talking to a friend or loved one can be incredibly helpful. When you begin to feel “keyed up” all the time for no apparent reason, or feelings like hopelessness and despair seem to have taken hold, it may be time to talk with a professional. It is my greatest privilege to come alongside you to listen, empathize, and provide professional counseling during this leg of your life’s journey and provide the tools to help you to live your best life possible.

I provide an atmosphere that is free from judgement and give clients the space they need to talk about the things that you might not want to talk about with people you see everyday. In session we will look at memories and beliefs that can cause negative feelings I love to see a client have an “aha!” moment when they connect the dots.
