Women's Self-Esteem Group

Self-esteem group for individuals experiencing difficulties due to poor self-image/poor self-esteem. Members will receive support, feedback & learn tools to build healthy self-image/healthy self-worth, as well as strategies for improved coping. Members will be able to identify factors contributing to unhealthy self-esteem, identify factors within their control & discuss ways to implement positive changes in their lives.
