My practice is currently full. Sometimes life events or problems can leave us feeling stressed-out, frustrated or depressed and we can't easily work it out on our own. While emotions and stress are part of a healthy, normal life, they can often be an indicator that professional help is needed. If you’re feeling stuck, or struggling to get traction creating positive change, sometimes all that is needed is a little help to get you on the right track. Therapy is good way to help you understand more about what’s getting in the way and finding ways to release your own barriers, opening you up to make meaningful connections.
I have a warm, engaging and authentic style. Using humor, curiosity and compassion, we work together to understand your goals and how I can best help. We collaborate to take tangible action steps to help you heal and grow. I use a variety of methods and approaches, and specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness based therapy.
I’ve been helping people grow and change for over 25 years, and have studied mindfulness, yoga and meditation which informs the work I do. I enjoy helping people live more meaningful, purpose-filled lives, exploring ways to make deeper connections with ourselves and others.
