Thank you so much for looking into help for yourself or a loved one. My goal is to support every client in their pursuit of any healthy goal or change they wish to achieve. Every person deserves to live a fulfilled life (whatever that means to you), but anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief/loss, etc sometimes make that life seem unobtainable. I use a person-centered approach to therapy as I believe clients should decide the direction of their therapy. If you need someone to listen, teach you coping skills, give you high fives, or call you on your sh...stuff...I can do that. I'm also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (client lead trauma-focused therapy).

I've learned things through life and my education that have encouraged me to connect with other people.
