I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years and have been in private practice for 14 years. I have extensive training in such acronyms as DBT,CBT, EFT and ACT but more importantly I believe good therapy is more about helping you discover or rediscover your unique strengths and talents.
My individual clients tell me I'm calming and that they don't feel judged or dismissed by me. I am very comfortable working with gay, lesbian and straight couples that are either monogamous or polyamorous. I currently have openings for a limited amount of time.
