I'm an Approved Consultant and Certified Therapist in EMDR specializing in providing trauma informed care for recent and complex trauma. I have extensive experience counseling individuals with anxiety, depression, addiction, phobias, PTSD, and grief utilizing a variety of modalities. In addition, I work with couples on relationship issues.
My passion is working with clients who have experienced complex trauma. Trauma inflicts wounds that negatively distort one's perception of self, relationships, and the external world. I gently assist clients to move through memories releasing pain, despair, grief, and shame from the past, to gain confidence, a sense of self, and purpose in their lives.
