Trying to manage life is a never-ending journey. With what life throws at us like heartache, loss, and overwhelming moments that become trying. With us not knowing which directions to take and feeling all feelings at once we can end in areas of anxiety, depression and negative behavior patterns. In times we face adversity, we tend to already have a solution but have a hard time with the steps and changes needed to get there.
