Thriving in Life & Relationships: Adult ADHD Group
The goal of this group is to provide adults with ADHD the tools and strategies for thriving in their personal and professional lives. The group will introduce skills crucial for navigating and fostering relationships including conflict resolution, effective communication, and increased social awareness. Executive functioning skills to reduce stress at home, work, and in social situations will also be introduced. Social Skills for Adolescents
Through a series of fun activities, we will introduce the foundational skills for adolescents to make friends and maintain friendships. We will offer the best strategies for teens to improve their self-confidence and self-esteem as they learn how to get along better with peers and develop conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
