Hello and welcome. I use a comprehensive somatic approach to therapy that includes both mind and body. I have over 15 years of experience as a therapist and believe the key to change is the collaborative relationship between therapist and participant. I believe that all individuals need a safe, supportive space to explore the past, present, and future.
I work with both adolescents and adults. Adolescence and young adulthood is a challenging time in most peoples' lives. The parent-child relationship changes and teens often have conflict with their parents. Many who used to be close to their parents may no longer feel comfortable discussing what is going on in their lives.
I am here to provide support and guidance through this period as well as a safe, confidential space. My goal is to help you develop or re-gain the skills to live a successful, meaningful life.
