I work with individuals who have trouble with managing stress and relationships. I specifically work with clients who experience Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety. It can be hard to manage symptoms in these areas without effective coping skills and someone to help. I do my best to listen to my client's needs and help them get to where they want to go.
I help my clients by using a wide variety of easy to use skills and therapy techniques. I use techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behaviors Therapy, Gottman Method, and Brainspotting. Whether you are an individual or a couple, my skill set accommodates your mental health needs.
