To accomplish this, I utilize scientifically-validated treatments such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused, and Reality Therapy while also incorporating movies, music, books, video games, and other creative interventions to engage clients and compliment traditional treatment modalities.
Although I work with clients to resolve a wide variety of concerns, some specialties include: Depression, anxiety, bipolar, internet/gaming addictions, sexual concerns, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and Personality Disorders.
I am a long-time musician with a deep love of music, literature, movies, games (video/card/board), and technology. I frequently use music, movies, books, and games to augment treatment.
