I work primarily with adults to navigate through life challenges. I have experience helping individuals overcome interpersonal/relational issues, grief, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. I am super passionate about helping people establish healthy boundaries, current/former people pleasers, and those with anxious attachment and codependent tendencies. I also have lived and clinical experience with those dealing with chronic illness and difficult diagnoses.
I pull from different frameworks to come up with a treatment approach that is going to fit my client the best. I genuinely try to get to know my client and build a strong relationship so that they feel comfortable in sessions and have the support they need while addressing issues. My number one priority is the client and what they need.
Finding a therapist that you click with can be a process and I know just how important that is. I pride myself on building our relationship and rapport from the second we make contact. I will be there through the hard times, but also build you up during the good times. Crying as well as laughing are always welcome in my sessions!
