We put a mask on to get through the day and even though we hope for someone to see behind it, there's a fear of feeling like a burden if they did. You may have heard people say, "I don't know how you do it", but in your mind you're wishing someone would tell you that you didn't have to. You may be used to showing up for others and holding it all together. There are moments in life that can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and even defeating. Whether you are grieving a loss; navigating an experience with cancer/illness; feeling stuck in the grasp of anxiety and/or depression; at a crossroads in your life, I welcome you to pause here.
Together we will work to create a space where you can set some of the weight down. I will meet you where you're at in order to let you take your mask off to breathe in your own time. You are the expert on your life and experiences, so we will build upon your current strengths and add new tools to take on old and new challenges.
