Sometimes issues seem small, and sometimes they escalate to bigger issues. Sometimes we wonder if we are just “two different people” to be together. Sometimes we get busy with life, kids, fur babies, jobs, and we stop making each other the priority.
The therapy that I provided is focus on a way that two people can reconnect and communicate in a safe and vulnerable way. Relationships require hard work and willingness. Communication is key. Couples are going to argue but I can give you the tools to communicate.
