Life can at times be challenging and feel too overwhelming to navigate. Trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions among other day to day dealings can feel paralyzing and feel like the world is burning down around you. Those who work in creative fields can often feel stuck in their work, as well as those in the athletic world. I work to with clients through the foundation of trust and empathy to help them find healing within themselves.
I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma & depression, as well as creatives and athletes who are seeking support in their personal & professional lives. I'm a certified surf therapist and love providing ocean tools as therapy., I also enjoy working with couples and families to find harmony in their relationships.

I provide a free 20 minutes tele-health consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other and if your needs can be met in our work together.
