I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties in adults and children of all ages. I include family members in treatment as is necessary. I have trained at various hospitals and clinics around the area and have an appreciation for individuals of all different backgrounds.
I include a variety of treatment modalities in my work such as, psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, meditation/mindfulness and interpersonal techniques. I integrate these into a comprehensive plan, and adjust as you and I may see fit throughout the course of treatment.
