I specialize in the full spectrum of trauma, ranging from mild traumas to severe trauma, including PTSD, CPTSD/attachment trauma. Additionally, I focus on narcissistic abuse recovery and religious trauma. I believe that trauma healing requires addressing both the mind and body, so I use somatic therapies to treat trauma, primarily relying on EMDR. I also specialize in relationships and attachment theory is integral to my approach. I extend this expertise to couples/marriage counseling. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress, and life transitions.
