I have worked for over 15 years in the field of addiction and mental health with individuals, and families, addressing a range of problems in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse, and most issues people face.

Research suggests that change is most likely to occur when an individual comes to their own solution. Through insight-oriented counseling, I can help you gain a better understanding of your thoughts and behaviors and assist in developing skills that can help you make lasting change.

I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR, which can be utilized to address persistent unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
