I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, & relationship issues. I draw from several orientations but emphasize cognitive behavioral techniques because they are effective & easy to use. I am active in the session & believe psychotherapy is most successful when it is a collaborative process. Together we will work toward eliminating self defeating patterns of behavior & achieving an optimal level of functioning & improved quality of life.

I will tailor my treatment specifically to you. I believe every client is unique and requires a specialized approach.

I have specialized training in psychopharmacology and can work effectively with your doctors, if needed, in order to optimize your care. I am licensed as a psychologist in both California and Idaho.
