School transitions are often times difficult, isolating, confusing, and at times reflects in academic success. The internet, although a priceless tool, can cause additional pressures that cause stressors and concerns. These challenges may affect emotional and physical well-being without the support to work through feelings and experiences in a collaborative space. There may be struggles with mental health as well that influence transitions and responses to the transition experience. Being a part of a weekly intimate group will provide the opportunity to talk about your feelings, share your experiences, learn new healthy coping strategies, and gain support from your therapist, and peers.
