I practice as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with an emphasis on mindfulness-based interventions. I am trained in and utilize techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance/Commitment therapy (ACT), and Trauma Focused CBT, and Behavior Modification.

I pride myself in offering a calm, judgment free counseling experience. My clients say I am easy to talk with yet ask the hard and challenging questions to get them thinking about ways to approach their problems differently. I look forward to helping you find the best of you!
