As a therapist, I provide a safe space for couples and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, school and job dissatisfaction, and life stage transitions. My approach focuses on understanding, validating, and supporting clients through their challenges. Together, we work on practical coping strategies, gaining insight into behaviors, and regaining control over their lives. My goal is to help clients find renewed purpose, resilience, and satisfaction in both their personal and professional spheres.

I bring my unique blend of cultural experiences, resilience, and empathy. Drawing from my diverse background, I approach therapy with an open mind, embracing both traditional and innovative techniques. I create a safe space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their emotions and goals.

I am an Iranian- American immigrant. I moved to American when I was 16 and have been living outside of District of Columbia ever since. I lost my mother to breast cancer shortly after I moved to America. I was raised among a mix of entrepreneurs, politicians, doctors and lawyers. Despite the challenges, I've found common ground with people from all walks.
