My integrative approach combines Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, tapping), Compassionate Inquiry, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). My work focuses on increasing client's emotional intelligence, building meaningful relationships skills, and challenging their negative self-talk. My clients often report decrease of symptoms including; lower anxiety, lower depressive symptoms, increased self-confidence, and improved self-esteem. When we are overwhelmed or isolated, life can feel unmanageable. Together, we find a path toward healing and connection.
I support clients in building skills in identify their own needs, emotions, and behavioral patterns, overcome limited beliefs, increase their confidence, gain insights into their relationships. My approach combines talk therapy with somatic and embodiment processes to work through difficult emotions.
