I am passionate about working with youth, adults and families; to support my clients in finding their inner wisdom and courage, build coping skills and find new ways of being in a world that is constantly changing.

My wheelhouse includes supporting my clients in addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and examining and repairing their relationship with body image and food. I work from multiple theories including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy and embracing Health at Every Size® philosophy.
